If my son has my car and allows a friend to drive it without my permission and causes so much damage that it exceeds my liability limits who is responsible? I know if I allow someone to borrow my car I am responsible but I (the owner of the car) did not allow my son's friend to borrow my car so who is responsible and who can be sued? Thanks.
