i have a samsung messager from metro pcs and i downloaded a song from a website from my phone and when i went to my ringtones to hear it, there was no sound and nothing plays! so i pushed erase and it says it erased it but its still there in my ringtones! please help! y is it doin this and how do i delete the stupid song?????!!!
