Song/Lyrics - Hiking up her skirt & singing doo doo doo doo?

I was at a Jack's Mannequin concert the other night & the opening act, Erin McCarley, did a song that I'm pretty sure was a cover...
The only words I remember are something about "I pretended not to notice she was hiking up her skirt" & that the chorus says "doo doo doo doo" a bunch of times. Any ideas of what it could be?

I was there! Trying to remember the name of that song but can't at the moment! I was at the vogue and saw them both ! Must've been the same tour?!
