It is an african american (presumeably) rapper. He is in a completely white room and is wearing white clothes. The video starts off with only his singing. In the video clip there are lots of African men and women running around his room as i recall dressed in traditional outfits of feathers and head-dresses etc. Somewhere through it he also manages to slip in two women's silhouette type things (might be in heat camera, not sure) that dances as he sings. I remember being very shocked when the girls sort of got together and were dancing interestingly... I was only little and i loved the song XD
