Ok, I just quickly saw it on TV but there was no descriptions, its definitely from the 90s (when I was little) its a white woman in like a black tank top, the song has this really old school Mariah Carey "Make It Happen" vibe... Its about love but very up-beat and happy... She's got a real powerful, soulful black woman's voice... Do you know this song? PLEASE! ? THANKS!!
