Song from Navy Boot Camp, Can't Remember?

Alright, when i was in boot camp my RDC played music when we worked out and even based our dance at Captains Cup around the song...it sounded like it was by DMX but couldn't tell, i think the first words were "We Reign, We Reign, We Reign, For All Time" and had the beat on those words similar to Na Na Na Na, Hey Hey Hey Goodbye...I cant remember it...would help alot if someone could help.
