My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year now - just yesterday his 13 year old step sister accused him of sexually abusing her for reasons unknown. This situation never happened but his step mother is pressing charges. His step mother and step sister live with his real mom - and for now, my boyfriend's Mom has him staying in a hotel room. He's been real distance from me and won't return many text messages I send him. I know he's under a lot of stress but I can't stand not knowing what's going on. He tells me he still wants to be with me and loves me but he's short on words. He hasn't invited me to the hotel to see him yesterday nor today but all his guy friends are up there. I can't stop texting or calling and I know I should, but I don't know what to do anymore.
From anyone elses viewpoint, why is he acting like this? Is it because of stress or what? I'm sinking into depression and I need help.
By the way, I know for a fact he didn't do anything of the sort. I was with him when she accused him of doing it.
