So I just got a blackberry bold 9700 about 2 days ago and sometimes, when I get an sms and try to click on the convo, it won't open. But if i click on a convo with someone else, it would open. After waiting a bit or turning off my phone, I would be able to open it and everything will go back to normal . Is this normal? Any way to fix it?
