Something's Wrong with my Fish!?

I have a CrownTailed Male Betta. We have a wonderful medium-sized tank for him, and a cave and a plant. When we woke up this morning, he was fine, but as the day progressed, he drifted down to the corner of the tank and has been sitting there all day, not moving at all except for moving his fins and opening his mouth. The only time he moves is when we put the fish net in or open the tank, then he goes back down to the bottom again. What's wrong with my fish?
 
water levels. always the case
have you got your water in your aquarium tested.
if you have and its ok then maybe its the fish
if it is. to save your male betta do 10 - 20% water changes every 2 days. this happend to my previous betta and it saved him,
but then after 6 months it died because it had lived for 11 munths
