something wrong with tongue piercing?

i got my tongue pierced this thursday and is monday i know only 4 days but ive noticed that on the top of the piercing has like a tear and im worried it looks like you can puer 2 barbells thru the top on the bottom its ok!!! also when i stick my tongue out its straight up and down, and when i but my tongue in my mouth the barbell is and an angelso im guessing when i stick my tongue out its pushing the barbell to the front causing it to tear and streatch ime guessing idk but i asked my friend who has is done about 2 years and she saids its normal but im woried aslo my tongue get creases from the barbell and balls im gueesing beacuse my tongue is swollen but on the top it like sitting and angel so idk help look at this picture of my tonge also notice the crease on the top ???? please help im worried i dont want a big hole on top of my tongue!>??? :-(

That sounds normal to me. The reason it is at an angle when your tongue is in your mouth is because you have a super long barbell in. Give it a few weeks and go to your piercer to have them put a shorter one in.

That picture is pretty hard to see, but if in doubt ask your piercer.
