Something wrong with my E61

Hi guys I've just had my E61 through. However there seems to be something wrong with it. Both the phone language and writing language are set to English, but when I press the Y key I get a Z and when I press the Z kez I get a Y. Also none of the characters like comma and full stop work. I get strange symbols that are not English.

what's up with this phone?
 
Your phone's firmware thinks you have a QWERTZ (german, I think) keyboard. You need to either return it or flash it with Phoenix using the proper language pack.
 
Being in the UK, and seeing as how it's only been updated with the Nokia updater, you could probably take it to a service center and have it flashed with the correct language pack. The language packs do indeed control which keys produce which characters.
