Something weird with my teeth?

Something strange is going on, Im 14 and I heard that your very back teeth dont come through till you're about 21, well the one on my right side at the back has, i dont know if its ripped, or something but, hald of it is starting to come through, whats happening?
 
you get your 12 yr molars before you get your wisdom teeth. some people don't get either or only get a couple. i only have 3 wisdom teeth instead of 4. its nothing to worry about, some people need to have their wisdoms pulled because there isnt enough room in your mouth for them or because they grow in sideways or something along those lines, but having teeth pulled isnt as bad as it sounds. ive had 4 pulled already, its no big deal.
but your 12 yr molars are nothing to be concerned about. (not everyone gets them at age 12 btw, so chances are thats what you are getting now)
if the pain bothers you, go get some oragel from cvs or your local drug store. it will numb it for you.
