ok so i think someone is playing on my phone, it will ring, and when i look at it, itll read my cell number under a restricted name, and some one will be breathing heavily on the other end, saying im gonna kill you lol, my question is, is it possible that someone could call my cell and have my number pop up with a restricted name??? please help, i may have to get police involved
