I wanted to buy a prepaid tmobile samsung t139 and i was looking at the rates and there were two versions of tmobile prepaid plans.. One said pay as you go and one said monthly. Is there a difference And does this phone work with the $15 a month unlimited texting plan Or do all the plans work for all the phones
