threatening on going to court with me? how do i convince her not to do it? i don't want to go into detail what it is about. i don't think she has proper grounds to sue me, guess she lost her mind and is desperate for money or something. we started talking online and then we got into an argument and she got mad and decided to do something she "should've done before". should i a) swallow all my pride so i don't go to court and pay h or b) stop talking to her and avoid her because i don't know if she has proper reasons to sue me, maybe she'll forget it the less attention i give it. do you think she really wants to sue me or was she just mad about the argument? i think she's a really unemotional person i really think she doesn't care and is going to sue me or maybe she just said it without thinking??
