Someone stole my photos and made an escort site!!?

What do I do to take this slime ball down?? I saved all the pages on my desktop and I want to take them to court. What other steps should I take. I'm an actress and model so this is damaging to my career. What legalities are involved and what should I do? There are about 3 dozen of my photos if not more on this site in my local area!! How much can I sue for and what is this called? Thanks!!
 
Well, first off they are demeaning your good name and I would consider it a form of Libel and Slander. Your lawyer can advise you on how much to sue for, and I'm sure it would be a good bit of money! I would be very very mad about this so take them for all you can!
