My phone was stolen, I have notified my teachers. During the time when my bag was left unattended less than 20 students were in the building. I can identify everything about my phone, and along with the money that was stolen from me there was a receipt from a local store. I have many people who can also describe my phone, and identify it as mine. This person who stole it is now sending out everything I have saved on my phone to everyone in my phone. Is this harassment? Petty theft?
Someone stole my money and cell phone at school. Could they be charged with something?
