someone put godmode on me in my friends server and no one knows the command for the plugin?

ok so pretty much i can fly by double tapping space bar and when i hit e there is a list of EVERY type of block... this is good for building but when my friends come on and just wanna play normal i cant anyone who knows the plugin please tell me the command and the name of the plugin please! and a list or a site that lists the commands thank you very much
