Katey, I was fortunate to have parents who believed that a child should observe and participate in as many religions as possible to better decide what they believed. When my great aunt started teaching me a family tradition that the others had abandoned for Christianity, I found my faith. I am a Sumerian Grey Path Pagan, and have been one for over 30 years now. I have had many brushes with fanatics, some unpleasant, some extremely unconfortable and unpleasant including being tied to a Catholic altar and Exorcised to try and drive the demon out.
