Anyway "Antiquities of the Jews" luckily was originally written in ancien Greek, not in Hebrew :-)
 
I would begin by looking at Book Five: Chapter Four.
You need to realize there are different translations/interpretations of Josephus and so the description as you give it in your question may not appear in all texts - English or otherwise.

Its Hebrew translation to English is 'Foundation of Peace'. Since there are few words in ancient languages (Hebrew only has some 2000) the meaning of each word, when translating it to a modern language, is often vague and open to a variety of translations/interpretations.

Thus the translation 'vision of peace' would, in my opinion, be just as valid as the wording I gave.
