My husband and "this relative of his" got a credit card for him,she "helped" him because with his credit he couldn't get a credit card, Now,because he spent the money he' s in charge of paying the credit card money back month by month. What pisses me off is that to pay the credit card, he uses our checking account and the electronic check is showing up this f woman's name on top of it,with our address and our checking account, he called the credit card company to ask them why?they told him we don't care who pays for it,but well since her name figures as the primary card holder(credit card, not our bank, not our checking account)her names shows up on the e-check.WHY?i ask muself?she doesn't live with us, this is not her checking account and the money that is paying for the credit card his ours,SOB FH,I don't trust her! for legal porpuses she may say anything in the future,like the money and the checking account were hers,etc,anything bad can come out from her evil mouth, what can we do?
