Someone else selling my domain name despite that I still have the rights to it.?

Need some help. 2 months ago, I bought a domian name, hurshy.com to be exact, on godaddy.com. As of today, I did a yahoo search to find out some seller was selling it on afternic.com.

If I go to godaddy, and look under hurshy.com, as expected, I still own the rights, because I bought it and still have it.

So why on earth is another seller selling it despite that he doesn't own it? Luckilly he has no bids yet.

Help me please!
I forgot to mention--on my afternic account, it won't allow me to sell hurshy.com BECAUSE the other seller is selling it. Please. What do I do?
 
When the domain name is registered under you name, No one else can sell it. Probably the other user must be a scammer. Try to make a complaint on him. You can also have a whois lookup on the domain name from www.WhoisXY.com to ensure that the domain name has been really registered under your name.
