Me and my friends bike everyday for hours, and we stopped to drink some water - we never left our bikes, they were right next to us.
And than this guy we knew is known to just mess up everything... comes over asking if he can ride my bike.. I said no, and he ran off with it. I yelled for him, and searched for him.. 5 minutes later he comes back and its broken. Than he just says "it was your bike" and leaves. We track his house down and my mom calls his father and he said he will pay it back, but its been a week and my mom keeps calling and they ignore the call and never pay back. We tried going to his house - no one answered.
Do you think its approriate to call the police for our town?
