Someone broke in my car and stole my laptop and blackberry and sons car seat and

stroller!!!? The city where i live is not to safe someone has already gotten killed 4 houses down and mugged infront of my house not to mention my next door neighbors are all nortenos! well i got home around 10pm last night and i only brought my son down and the grocerys my son is teething so he is in pain and i was trying to make him feel better i completly forgot i left my cash, laptop & blackberry i woke up today and when i went to my car i noticed his car seat was gone and my door wasnt all the way closed and all of my things were gone! i know i locked my doors and i heard my alarm go off last night but it always does that sense i live next to the airport and train station so this happens everyday! the thing is i only got my phone a month ago and i still owe about 300 on my laptop what can i do if i call the cops what are they going to do?
