Someone bought something using my billmelater account, but they are paying for

it. Can they go to jail? Someone purcharsed $2000 using my billmelater information without my permission, nor I know who it is. I've come to figure out that they have been paying for what they purchased for the past year without a single late payment and are more than half way done. Can they go to jail for doing this? Can they still get caught if I do absolutely nothing?
 
Uhm..im not sure what a billmelater is but..I'm sure if you wanted to you could get some charge on him..If you decide not to then maybe they wont get caught and possibly Nothing will happen..but seeing as your'e so strongly abotu ti i wouldnt reccomend allowing this To occur again
