Dear all,
Individual bought my car and agree to make month payment until full amount is paid.
Unfortunately, the payment stop coming and few months later took them to small court, which they did not bother to show up. The court award full amount, plus court fee.
These occur about a year and I have not received any payment at all. I did know where the individual resident but the saw them around allots.
The person who owed me money is saying, “Catch me if you can type of games”.
Legally what is my best option, this take place in Minnesota?
