I can cancel them out? They were the highest bidder...NOW after its over, they're contacting me saying..."OH before I COMMIT to BUY...I need to know this and that"....what?!??? Has ebay changed the rules to where if you BID you are not in a 'contract'....??? I dont have the energy to go into GREAT detail, which is what this person wants.
Can I cancel them out and go with the next person who had a bid of $2.00 less and sell it to them???
