Long story short, I dropped my phone about a month ago and until NOW (the image on the screen is mirrored and when I slide open the keyboard, it turns green and blue) it had been working perfectly. So today I called the Asurion company and told them I dropped it on hardwood floor. I should've lied. What should I do to make them think it was all a misunderstanding? I've only had the phone for 6 months, and I don't have $50 dollars to spend on a replacement phone. Help!
