Some windows on flash CS4 have gone, but i dont know how to brng them back?

:L forgive me for being a noob, but the windows on my flash like library and timeline have dissapeared and now it looks like this:

P.s lso can someone send me a tutorial on flashes interface so iknow where everything is :L, thanks for any help in advance
