Some vibration on C50

Hello,

I was on one of the highways around here and had to go 100-110 kph [60 - 70 mph]. There's some vibration on the handle bars, the view on the mirrors become fuzzy. Is this considered normal or I have to look into it?

Thanks

Thanks Annie, Will also check to see if there're any loose fasteners. Discovered a loose lock nut on my wife's C50 yesterday.

Cheers,

actually just recalled that C50s have 'rubber' bushings in the triple tee around the riser bolts...so if the handlebar risers have been replaced....or cinched down too tight even on the OEM risers, that can couple the bars harder and transfer more vibration. I discovered that when I put my 2" risers on...

Hi Annie, handlebars haven't been touched, but good to know of the rubber bushings. Because I might get those "ape hanger" bars someday, kinda like the mid size ones.

Do you periodically re-torque all the fasteners? If it's not too much to ask, where do you find the loose ones most?

Cheers

Grin,
uh... I dont check such things. I suppose if the bars start t get wiggly and fall off I probably would leap right on that.. LOL
