Some tips for sprinting during track season?

I am currently a senior in high school preparing for track season. Our first track meet is in a week. Since I tore my ACL last summer, I don't feel like I am in good enough shape to sprint my fastest. Although my knee feels fine now, I still feel out of shape. Does anyone have advice on how to make my sprint times faster? Also, how to get in shape quickly?
