some thing weird my buggie?

i have 9 parakeets and one of them is named snow and the thing is i know parakeets noses change when they grow to adults but with snow her nose is still white the same color when we got her and she is a parakeet so i was wondering what does a white nose mean for a parakeet and after all we have had her for three or four years so she cant still be a baby right
