Some thing is wrong with my car and I need HELP!!!!?

Ok so I have a jeep Grande Cherokee and when I am driving it, It feels like someone is pushing on the gas then letting go repeatedly while I am driving. Sometimes it even feels like someone just pushed on the brakes really fast I am scared to drive it anymore, I am a college student with very lil money and I need some suggestions on why it might be doing this????/ HELP PLEASE SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Possible factors:
- maybe not all of the sparkplugs are firing
- your injectors are clogged
- bubbles or water in the air intake
- running on bad fuel
- you don't know how to drive a manual transmission, resulting in jerky movement
- you are driving with your E-brake on
