size. What's the difference? Some brands, like Calvin Klein, have sport coats made in both these types of measurements. They pretty much look like the same thing except for the sizing. I always see this for dress shirts. Dress shirts usually are sized by neck and shoulder length, but what stops you from wearing them casually like the casual shirts sized by S, M, L?
