I have googled this before(how to solve the problem), and I deleted all my cookies and the cache, but it still doesn't work. So then, I went on Mozilla and Explorer too, but to no avail. Some sties, for example, zerochan.net and smackjeeves.com, do not work. Not even the cached copies. Here is what it says when I try to go to them:

- reloading it does not work
-going to another browser does not
-emptying all caches and cookies did not work
I went on another computer, and it seemed to work on it. But not on my laptop.
