a. changing patterns of winds and ocean currents
b. shifting the equatorial and temperate zones
c. altering the makeup of the troposphere
d. redistributing Earth's vegetation

Yes they do,
But the theory is in the order of many millions of years for changes to happen as ocean currents and land masses move very slowly, it certainly would not explain the increase in temperature over just the last century.

Yes, of course they do, but this is a phenomenon of millions of years. It has nothing to do with climate changes during our ice age or today.

These some scientists are not some few, these are the majority of all geologists, geophysicists and others, and this is not at all new knowledge.
