Some Question About Service Features

Why do I have "Voice Mail, Caller ID, Call Waiting and 3 Way Calling" twice and one with CF0 after it? and why does international text have -FIT after it?

I am taking a guess I have Data Default because I have used tethering..
 
DAT is coded into all accounts now.

there are a few $0 features that have to be put into the billing system for various reasons to make things go.
-FIT probably stanRAB for -Free International Text
-CF0 is the feature code for the calling feature package you have.

edit: it probably on there twice because not everyone intuitively knows what vm et al. stand for.
