...modified (GM) foods because? a. the foods increase productivity and thus fewer people will starve.
b. their genes may spread to nearby wild organisms.
c. numerous allergic reactions to these foods have been demonstrated.
d. the American Medical Association requires labeling of all GM foods.
e. it is important to stop the use of GM crops before use becomes widespread.

B. This would happen by bees pollinating the modified plant and then pollinating a wild plant.

Because nobody knows what or if there could be long term effects of eating unnaturally produced foods... Oh, and most importantly, I don't trust the government or big business. Capitalism sometimes doesn't subscribe to the belief of Quality over Quantity. It's all about making money conveniently... I want the best I can get, not the most I can get... GM foods seem to subscribe to the quantity over quality theory. Not good

The answer is B

Usually this is because if there is a chance of GM genes spreading to your crops you can no longer sell your crops as "organic" and hence you can't charge as much for them.
