i know its long but i need a ton of help 
ok so i am sixteen and my parents have been divorced since i was in fourth grade my mom is the residential parent and so shes the one who gets paid child support . i have two brother 23, and 18 ; well when my first brother graduated she took my dad back to court for the money to stay the same , and now my brother whos 18 just graduated and comming up in september my mom is taking my dad back again for more money , now if you already dint think that was messed up it gets better. the vistation right are 50/50 so im with them for one week then the other the next. well my mom doesnt let me do anything when im staying at her house and if ask the first thing she does is ask me if i have money and if i say no she will tell me to call my dad for money i can not tell you the last time she gave me more then five dollars , also when we go out to eat she will make me pay for own dinner , she doesnt do anything for me and i told my dad that i wanna go back to court with them and i want to move in with him full time will except with my mom every other weekend. the money isnt just the problem but shes never home, i live in a unstable house hold and im alway by myself and i never have interaction with people , my grades in school are lower when im with my mom and i always for get things going back and forth such as home work school clothes. my dad pays for everything! my mom has pleanty of money and she comes home with new colthes everyday almost from high end stores , what can i do and whats gonna happen in court i dont wanna talk to the judge in front of my parents will they take me to a different room ?i dont want my mom to walk out with more money our the same amount , and i dont want to walk out with living with her 50/50 still , plese give me some tips and pointers.
