This sounds Gypsy Spanish as the Gypsy Kings use to sing.

lao= lado
tumbao= tumbado
Lo quiero ? lo cuero, I don't understand
Approximately it is as follows:
I'm bound to this young man
when I dance with him, we dance aside
And I push him and make him fall over
I have overcome him with my hips (in the sense, taming)
Lo cuero ??
crazy and so what?

I'm not very good at translating Spanglish since I don't use it at all. However, when faced with a new word I usually check the Urban dictionary. I can do it myself but I'd rather you did for yourself and check whether these lyrics are appropriate or not, though I feel they're pretty border line.
