1) Does it matter if i workout in the night?
2) I put a bag and a sweater to sweat more, does that matter?. (either way I'm going to do it

3) (Friend told me this one) I think hes Very Very wrong but does drinking water during a workout not let you loose fat?
4) I cut down on food ALOT
i am not on a diet but i stop eating/drinking burgers, soda, tacos, etc will i see results including a work out on that P.S still eat some fattening food
