Some help with verizon calls?

I have a verizon voyager and live in the United States. I am wondering how much a call from the United States to a mobile At&T number in Japan would be for a minute. Help?
 
Japan Country Code = 81.
To a landline is 9 cents a minute.
To a cellphone is 24 cents a minute.
With AT&T world Connect PLAN.

Without that plan.
To a landline its$3.49 a minute.
To a wireless its $3.64
