Im going to buy the starter pack in a couple of days because I've been unhealthy and overweight all my life. One of the main reasons I think I'm overweight is because I lack motivation and knowledge of whats good to eat. I want to try Alli because I know it will motivate me to get healthy by making me fear the side effects. Im planing on learning a healthy lifestyle while im taking it and would like to know if you guys knew any sites that helped you know which food was healthy to eat and how to prepare easy good tasting food. I think I'm a horrible cook since I lack the patience to wait for food to cook.standing their in front of the stove just bores me. The most difficult thing I've prepared was quiche, came out pretty good but is pretty unhealthy ( had 6 strips of bacon 0.o).
Anyway I wanted to know what foods you ate while on Alli and how that worked out for you. Did you loss a lot? Did you exercise as well? Do you have another diet that doesn't require a lot of standing around the stove or buying expensive food items?
