My boyfriend recently dyed his hair an XXL Live colour (red black) but didn't like it so he used a colour restorer but that didn't work very well either, he now has a gingery blonde sort of hair colour and doesn't know what to do next. Should he pre-lighten it and start over or just put another colour on top??
