solving 2nd derivative? help! thanks!?

I need to solve the second derivative, and then set it equal to 0, and solve for x so I can find the inflection points. Please help, because I've tried everything with this. I've even asked a so-called math major.

f '(x) = (-3x+8) / (2*sqrt(4-x))
