I'm planning out a trip to England, but I'm also very interested in Ireland. I'm 23 years old, and will most likely be traveling alone. I'm not really into large city scenes, and will probably avoid London, and stick to smaller cities. I'm also not really into nightlife, but more early to bed, early to rise type. Which country would you suggest for someone looking for nice, fun cities, and friendly people? Also, which country has better transportation, since I'm not looking to rent a car (unless I really need to).
