I have really bad stage fright. It's only really bad when I'm singing a solo. I can a duet or trio, I can do oral presentations and say lines for a play, and I can play a solo on the violin and piano. But I choke up whenever I sing a solo. I don't know why. My choir teacher is trying to get me to sing more solos because I help other students with their music and notes, and I lead my section whenever we sight-read because I'm one of the best-sight readers. But I can't sing a solo. Any advice?
