So I am doing a co-op and I am finding it painfully stressful because of tons of requirements. I had to read a 200 page manual of just new employee requirements.
It's not my type of job. I can't handle the anxiety that comes with it, and the fear of doing something wrong, Not so much in what I am supposed to do FOR the job, just in the rules for the company.
I am also afraid of working in a team. I don't know what my place is... I never meet everyone on the team and feel awkward in meetings. I simply do not want to work for a ton of people.
Is there any jobs which are lower anxiety and more solo based? For example, is there some jobs where you are assigned a big project and just do it yourself, at home, with no real "rules" (other than obvious ones)?
