Solo Journalist seeking advice!!!?

I'm am taking HS journalism, solo, as my own teacher. It's been tough, but I have two awesome sponsors, with journalism experience. I've recently been inspired to begin my own newspaper at my school (very small 1A school). I've decided to issue once a week (Fridays). and make only 50 copies, only starting out to target the HS students. I've researched, reviewed, and absorbed as much info as possible online, and with my sponsors, and local papers, along with other school papers.

It's a big task, but I do not plan on having a staff. In order to have permission to proceed with this project, my principal requires me to take full responsibility. Which is just how I like to work. However, I am seeking other opinions and suggestions from others.

The plan is to get this thing on the go by February, so right now I'm crash devising, and implementing all I know about Journalism thus far to get it together. Once again, I am taking on this newspaper as my own responsibility, no staff or teachers (except the 2 sponsors).

So any help or advice to a new comer, with a huge idea, would be awesome.

I'm 15, taking the HS Journalism class (coll.credit) thru Texas Tech, on my own, and by February, I'll have a free period everyday to devote towards the paper. Not to boast, but the journalism thing has come rather naturally to me, I'm just thirsting for some opinions and advice. Thanks.
