I know heat damages your hair, but which causes the least damage, the ceramic tourmaline irons or the titanium irons?

well the ceramic tourmaline irons cause less damage to the hair, I use one and it works amazing. I use the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, it has temperature control, dual voltage, tourmaline ceramic plates with rounded edges which makes it great for also curling your hair.
